• A 2 week course (one session a week for 2 weeks approximately 5 hours teaching time) times and dates to be arranged directly with you

• This course is designed to fully prepare you for your Caesarean birth. This course works at removing any underlying fears and replacing them with calm and confidence approaching your birth.

• There is the option to use some time to prepare for vaginal birth too, just in case, as this could happen before your Caesarean birth date arrives, or you may change your mind which is absolutely okay! We discuss this when you book.

All that is required from you today is a £50 deposit to secure your spot with me! Full payment is then required one week before your first session.
